    Who We Are:
    At Firelands Montessori Academy, we’re committed to fostering a love of learning through the Montessori method. Our classrooms are vibrant communities where respect, independence, and curiosity thrive. We value creativity, collaboration, and a deep commitment to early childhood education.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Implement the Montessori philosophy and curriculum to support the development of toddlers (ages 18 months–3 years).

    • Foster independence, curiosity, and social-emotional growth.

    • Partner with parents to support each child’s development.

    • Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere that values each child’s individuality.

    • Observe and assess students’ progress, maintaining accurate records.

    • Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s development and milestones.

    • Collaborate with other staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive school community.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Montessori Toddler Certification (or willingness to pursue training).

    • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

    • Experience working with toddlers in a Montessori or early childhood setting.

    • Passion for Montessori philosophy and a commitment to child-led learning.

    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    • A warm, patient, and positive approach to teaching.
